Homeschool Now Parent Research Center (“Parent Research Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ParentResearchCenter.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect information you submit when you place an order, request support, join a book club or mailing list, complete a form, create an account, or otherwise communicate with us. Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email address, billing address, telephone number, account details, order information, form responses, communication preferences, and messages.
Purchase and download information. When you purchase a digital resource, we collect information needed to process and document the order, deliver the file, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction and download records. This may include the products purchased, purchase amount, payment status, transaction identifiers, billing details, IP address, and download activity.
Technical information. Our website and hosting, security, caching, ecommerce, and form services may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, date and time of access, cookie identifiers, and server or error logs.
2. How we use information

Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary to fulfill an order or respond to a request.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through WooCommerce and WooPayments and their payment, banking, fraud-prevention, and infrastructure partners. Information required to process a payment—such as your name, billing information, purchase total, IP address, and payment credentials—is transmitted to the payment processor. Parent Research Center does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may retain limited transaction details, such as payment status, transaction identifier, card type, and the last four digits, when supplied by the processor for order administration, refunds, support, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping.
4. Forms, registrations, and email
Forms on the website may be provided through WPForms and connected email or audience-management services, including Hostinger services. Form submissions may be delivered to designated email accounts and may be processed or backed up by those service providers according to their settings and privacy practices. Please do not submit payment-card, banking, medical, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form or email.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for core functions such as security, remembering cart contents, maintaining checkout sessions, processing payments, remembering login choices, and improving performance. WooCommerce, WooPayments, WordPress, our hosting provider, and embedded third-party services may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, login, forms, or other features from working correctly.
6. Embedded content and external links
Pages may contain embedded videos, images, social-media features, documents, or links from other websites. Their own privacy policies govern their practices. A link or citation does not transfer responsibility for a third party’s privacy practices to Parent Research Center.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Order, payment, refund, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and download-access records may be retained longer when needed to fulfill purchases, maintain access, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Form and communication records may be retained while a request, registration, or subscription remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Backup copies may remain temporarily until replaced through normal backup cycles.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from optional communications at any time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained when required for transactions, security, tax, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
To make a privacy request, reply to a Parent Research Center email you have received or use the customer-support contact information provided with your order or registration. Please identify the email address associated with your interaction and describe the request. Do not include payment-card or banking information.
10. Children’s privacy
The website and its purchases, registrations, and communications are directed to parents and other adults, not to children under 13. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us using the method above so we can review and address the matter.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you should use care when submitting information online.
